No, It's what I do . The audience is the most important. Each production has its own demands and is therefore complete within itself
 
Question 4: How did you work your way into your current role?
I am free-lance. For 6 years I was an assosiate director at the Sheffield Crucible, and then Artistic Director and Chief Exec of the Sherman Theatre , Cardiff. Being free-lance gives you a greater artistic freedom

Absolutely. It is vital

Yes. As a director

There isn't one
